Founded in 2015 and recognized by LeanIn.Org as a Regional Leader, Lean In Bangalore is Bangalore’s oldest and largest chapter that has focused on empowering women through their career journeys. Our mission is “Empowered Women Empower Women” and we want to be able to make an impact on many women as we can through our efforts.

Over 8 years, we have grown into a strong community of 3000+ amazing women.

We organize monthly workshops, speaker sessions, and powerchats focused on skill-building for members.

​

We have Whatsapp groups which are safe spaces for women to discuss issues and offer each other advice. We have groups for Women In Tech, Motherhood, Safe Space, She Restarts, Health and Wellness.
